Does your Power Tank adjustable regulator need a little R&R? Send it in to us for a rebuild!
If your adjustment knob isn't as smooth as it used to be or you've been using your regulator for a few years and want to send it in to us for some maintenance we are happy to help!
After receiving your Power Tank regulator, we will test it, disassemble it, replace and lube the internal seals, clean the parts, reassemble it, and test it again. We can also upgrade or replace your gauges or coupler at 50% off of the retail price.
If your Power Tank regulator is not working for whatever reason when we receive it, we will diagnose the problem and fix it to the best of our ability. Repair costs and replacement parts (except for gauges) are covered in the cost of this service. If your regulator is unable to be repaired and falls outside of the scope of the limited lifetime warranty we will contact you to use this regulator as $100 in credit towards the purchase of a brand new regulator as part of our separate Regulator Trade-In Program.
Too many products on the market are designed to be thrown away and replaced when they reach the end of their life. Not at Power Tank. We design our products to not have an end of life. By keeping up with maintenance your Power Tank system will provide you with decades of hassle-free usage.
Please read and follow these steps carefully to ensure your regulator is received by us and returned back to you in the most efficient manner:
- Add this to item to your cart and finish the checkout process.
- Note your order number and write it on a piece of paper along with your name, ship to address, and a phone number. Alternatively, print out your order confirmation email. Put this in the box with your regulator.
- Pack your regulator carefully in a box and ship it to us. Address below. We must receive the regulator to our address within 10 business days of check out or your order will be cancelled and we will issue a refund minus a 10% processing charge. Power Tank is not responsible for any damages occurring during shipping.
- Once we receive your old regulator, we will check it with the online order we received from you and begin work on your regulator.
Expect a turnaround time of 24-48 hours starting when we take delivery of your regulator but it may take longer. Please call us after finishing your order if it is time sensitive and we will do our best to accommodate. This is not a guarantee.
The price of the rebuild service includes standard ground return shipping within the contiguous 48 states.
