Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy

Online orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are processed during normal business hours in the order they are received. Expedited shipping orders are elevated in priority and will be moved ahead in the queue and must be received before 10 am Pacific. USPS Priority, FedEx, and UPS Ground orders received after 10 am Pacific will typically be processed the next day. 

Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. However, if a part is on backorder or we have a rush of orders, your shipment may be delayed.  If there is an urgent need for your order to get shipped out to meet a delivery date please call and let us know (209) 366-2163.  Otherwise, your order will be put into the queue and shipped as soon as possible. If at least one product on your order is out of stock, we will wait to ship the entire order at once. If you would like part of your order shipped immediately, check out with two separate shopping carts. 

All orders are shipped from our main office in Lodi, CA. Our operating hours are 8:00 to 4:30 pm Pacific M-F. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Power Tank cannot guarantee your ship date if an order is on hold for review. Possible reasons for review include but are not limited to: your address is not verified by our shipping system, a problem with your discount code, a problem with your payment. 

If, for whatever reason, a package is undeliverable and is marked return to sender and sent back to our facility, the customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred for the return as well as additional shipping charges to resend the package. 

Lost or Stolen Shipments

If the tracking number shows delivered to your address but is missing, you must report it to us within ten business days of receiving a tracking number. Please call us at 209-366-2163. If the package is held for pickup, we will give you contact information so that you may retrieve your package or plan a redelivery. If the package is lost, we will open an investigation with the appropriate shipper. If the package is deemed a complete loss, in most cases, we will reship your order at no charge, inventory permitting. This is not a guarantee. We are not responsible for lost packages due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. 

If a package is returned to us due to an unobtainable signature or an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided, further shipping charges will be charged to the customer for reshipment. If the customer cannot be reached after five business days, the order will be cancelled and the original purchase amount less the cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee will be refunded to the original purchase method. 

International Shipments

Power Tank now delivers outside of the USA! The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and other fees which vary by country of destination. Before ordering, please research CO2 laws and regulations in your respective location. Our USA made CO2 bottles use a CGA 320 bottle valve on our 5 lb, 10 lb, 15 lb, and 20 lb. bottles and CGA 323 bottle valve on our 20 oz bottles.   This may be different from your country standard which may cause filling issues. 

All international sales are final.  We do not offer expedited shipping, returns, or warranty services to orders outside of the USA. International shipments are through DHL.  Please email info@powertank.com for any questions or concerns.

Returns

If a customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase and would like to return the product they must reach out to Power Tank within 30 days of the original ship date and the items must be received back to our shop within 60 days from the original ship date. We can be reached at 209-366-2163 or info@powertank.com. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to our facility. NO EXCEPTIONS. Original order shipping charges are non-refundable. Items returned in NEW condition will incur an automatic 5% restock fee. Items returned that are determined to not be in new condition will be subject to a restock fee of 15% and up to 40% of the original List price of the item. Condition is up to Power Tank to determine and factors include but are not limited to: paint scratches/blemishes, scuffs, signs of wear, modifications to the product. Please note that damage occurring during the shipping back to our facility are the customer's responsibility. Pack carefully. Repeat: Condition is determined based on how the product is received, NOT how it is dropped off to your shipper. Original packaging is not required for returns. The return policies of our dealers may be different from our own.
