Shipping and Return Policy
Online orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are processed in the order they are received during normal business hours. Expedited shipping orders are elevated in priority to meet the shipping deadline. All orders are processed by hand to ensure order accuracy. USPS orders received after 10 am or UPS orders received after 1pm PST will typically be processed and shipped the following business day, including expedited shipping options. Some exceptions can be made; please call us at 209-366-2163 if there is an emergent need. Please allow up to 2 business days from an order being received to leaving our facility. The day an order ships does not count as a day in transit.
All orders are shipped from our main office in Lodi, CA. Our operating hours are 8:00 to 4:30 pm M-F. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Power Tank cannot guarantee your ship date if an order is on hold for review. Possible reasons for review include but are not limited to: out of stock items, billing address does not match shipping address, problem with discount code, problem with payment method.
Lost or Stolen Shipments
If the tracking number shows delivered to your address but is missing, you must report it to us within ten business days of placing your order. Please call us at 209-366-2163. If the package is held for pickup, we will give you contact information so that you may retrieve your package or plan a redelivery. If the package is lost, we will open an investigation with the appropriate shipper. If the package is deemed a complete loss, we will reship your order at no charge, inventory permitting. We are not responsible for lost packages due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an unobtainable signature or an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided, further shipping charges will be charged to the customer for reshipment. If the customer cannot be reached after five business days, the order will be cancelled and the original purchase amount less the cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee will be refunded to the original purchase method.
For orders delivered outside of the US, please contact us directly at 209-366-2163 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Power Tank does not accept Credit Cards for purchases made outside of the US. Accepted payment methods are wire transfer and Paypal. The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and other fees which vary by country of destination. International shipments are through DHL depending on order size and destination. We are happy to provide multiple shipping quotes through our standard carriers.
If a customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase and would like to return the product they must reach out to Power Tank within 30 days of the original ship date. We can be reached at 209-366-2163 or email@example.com. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to our facility. Original order shipping charges are non-refundable. Items returned in new condition will be accepted for a full refund paid back to the original payment method. Items returned that are determined to not be in new condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Condition is up to Power Tank to determine and factors include but are not limited to: paint scratches/blemishes, scuffs, signs of wear, modifications to the product. Please note that damage occurring during the shipping back to our facility are the customer's responsibility. Pack carefully. Original packaging is not required for returns.
