NEW! All Ventoso Tire Inflator Gauges now come standard with the Hi-Pressure Push-On Chuck V2 (HiPPO2). The new HiPPO2 features a shallower bite depth to fit on shorter valve stems such as metal TPMS and Apex Rapid Precision Valves (RPV) as well as a narrower nose to fit in to recessed valve stem holes like you'll see on some off-road wheels. The new ridged collar design allows you to more easily grip the chuck with gloved hands or in cold weather. It has a 1000 psi working pressure with a simple to use push-on, pull-off engagement and it is fully rebuildable.
The Rubicon (formerly Overlander) tire inflator, built on the latest gen Ventoso body, is reliable enough for multi-month excursions into the back country with advanced features and thoughtful design that you expect from a premium tire inflator. The longer 6 ft hose whip of the Safety Series allows you to stand up and off to the side of your tires to keep you safe in the case of a blowout. Accurate tire pressure improves traction and ride quality off road and increases mileage and extends the life of your tires on road.

This allows you to push the chuck onto your tire stem, then stand up and out of the way of the wheel face. In the case of a damaged wheel or tire blow out, you are well out of harms way. Each component on this tire inflator is built to withstand up to 400 psi but will work with any air source. The stainless steel braided hose is more flexible than the coated hoses from before while retaining all of the same strength and reliability. The strict tolerances in the body, brass piston, and tear-resistant EPDM O-rings give you years of leak-free performance. Dual XL bleed buttons are easy to reach with either hand for precise tire pressures.
When choosing a gauge for your tires, lower is better. With a higher pressure range, accuracy suffers. Our 60 psi digital gauge accurate to +/- 0.6 psi and is great for all tires up to 55 psi. The backlit screen is easy to read in the early morning or at night and displays accuracy to one decimal place. AAA batteries are easy to replace from the back and the on-screen battery meter never leaves you without power, though the 200 hour runtime means you won't need to change them often.
