20 lb Power Tank Builder
One of the top benefits of owning a Power Tank is that we engineer a full line of accessories and mounts in-house to complement the base Power Tank system so that all components work seamlessly and safely together, instead of leaving you to piece together an air solution yourself from multiple vendors. That leaves a lot of potential customization options for you so we've split the process into a few sections so you can make an informed decision and get exactly the kit you need, made to your exact specifications.
If you want to skip the options and go with our top recommendations, a pre-built kit is for you. We take the guesswork out of ordering by creating packages with the most popular options or our personal recommendations already chosen. Click here to see our pre-built kits.
Jump to PT builder (required) Specify which regulator you'd like and choose between a coiled or straight hose.
Jump to Accessory Kit customizer (required) Choose and customize an accessory kit to pair with your Power Tank. You can save big by bundling accessories together with your Power Tank system. All accessory kits include a base Super Bracket or canvas Speed Bag. The Super Bracket is a great starting point for flush mounts or custom mounts for your rig. To make things easier, you can also add a vehicle or application specific mount like roll bar clamps or our Sports Bar mount for 4 door JLU Wranglers. Alternatively, you can option a Track Pack Accessory Kit that trades the hard mount bracket for a Speed Bag to make storing your Power Tank even easier. It's a great option if you often move your Power Tank from vehicle to vehicle or have limited mounting options.
Jump to 'piggy-back' mounts (optional) This is where you can add one of the aforementioned, application specific 'piggy-back' mounts like Roll Bar Clamps or our JLU Sports Bar Mount.
Jump to accessories (optional) Customization. Our Six-Shooter billet knobs have been a huge hit and add an extra touch of personalization to your Power Tank. Or simply add accessories like a blow gun to extend the utility of your Power Tank even further.
What is a Power Tank?
A Power Tank:
- can air up a 40" tire in under a minute
- can reseat up to a 46" tire
- can run air tools like an impact wrench at full power
- has three times the volume of usable energy as a similarly sized N2 bottle
- does not require electricity to operate
- runs completely silently
- is reliable with no moving parts
- is safe with a safety burst disc and billet aluminum guard handle
- is easily refilled with CO2 at a local fire extinguisher safety shop, welding suppply, or beverage carbonics shop (home brew shops)
The Power Tank system consists of an armorcoat CO2 bottle, a Super Flow regulator, a billet aluminum Power Grip Guard handle, and a high-pressure low-temperature hose. We also manufacture a full line of accessories to complement the core system like heavy-duty tire inflators, brackets, and more. What sets us apart from the competition is a focus on the highest quality components, intelligent features, safety, and reliability in the field where equipment failure isn't simply an inconvenience. Power Tanks are built to last which is why it's the only air system that comes standard with a limited lifetime warranty. This is the last air system you'll ever buy.
PT20 Power Tanks
This is the big boy. The PT20 i sthe largest Power Tank we sell with a filled weight of 50 lbs (the 20 lb designation is how much CO2 it can store). This is only recommended if you need A LOT of CO2 and don't mind sacrificing a bit of portability. We recommend the PT20 for folks that like to play in the sand and need to air up high pressure truck and toy hauler tires in addition to the tires on their sand toys after a weekend of adrenaline-filled fun. You can be the last one to pack up and leave but be the first one on the road, bypassing your friends with their portable compressors and blowing way past everyone in line waiting on the communal air pump. The Power Tank is the fastest and most efficient way to air up high-pressure tow-rig tires and won't slow down like compressors when tire pressures rise. This size is also great for construction crews who want a quiet, powerful replacement for a big compressor, especially on sites where finding power can be a challenge. Check out our Floor Bracket below for a great way to carry it on and off your work truck.
PT20 - 20 lb Power Tank
For most rigs, even ones on 40 inch tires, a 10 or 15lb Power Tank is a great size for airing up after a trail. But when you have to air down four truck tires AND four (or even six) toy hauler tires for the sand then air them back up to street pressure which can be up to twice the PSI of a trail rig, you need a bit more volume. The 20 lb Power Tank was introduced especially for the sand market to keep up with their high demand. But even with that high demand, you should still expect two or three trips out of your PT20 before needing to refill it depending on your tire size and tire pressures. For a more complete breakdown of the expected usabillity visit our air tool chart here. Visit here for the tank dimensions along with weights.

Roll Bar Clamps
Our Roll Bar Clamps are machined out of billet aluminum. There are two sizes to fit tube diameters from 1.5" to 2.5". For all stock Wrangler Sports Bars, choose the large clamp; it will fit over the stock JK and JKU padding with no modifications. At least three roll bar clamps are needed to mount a PT20. The PT20 will only work with topless Jeep Wranglers. (PT10 10lb Power Tank shown in picture)
The Floor Bracket is the best way to mount a Power Tank in a work truck. The 30° angle of the ramp is perfect for preventing liquid CO2 through your regulator but provides a lower center of gravity. With the optional base mount attached to your truck bed, you can remove your Power Tank and Ramp together to set it down where you need to work. Also a great solution to mount on top of a wrangler security deck.
You spend a lot of time and energy to get your rig set up exactly how you want it. Why should your Power Tank be any different? Click below to see our line of Power Tank accessories. You'll find products like our Six-Shooter Billet Tank knobs to add a splash of color to your system to make it look as good as it performs. Considering a horizontal Power Tank mount? While CO2 tanks can be stored and transported in any orientation, traditionally, they had to be removed from the bracket and set down vertically so the liquid CO2 doesn't flow into the regulator causing pressure spikes. Now, you can bypass that limitation and use your Power Tank while it's still mounted horizontally by adding a snorkel tube to your cylinder. Of course, you can still pull your Power Tank out and use it vertically as normal. If that's not enough, consider some add ons like a blow gun, which comes in more handy than you think to clean things out. Our new T-scale is easier to use than ever to measure how much CO2 is left in your tank (CO2 is filled by weight, not pressure).
Racer Red Six-Shooter tank knob is one of multiple colors that give your Power Tank that extra touch of personalization
The Snorkel Tube allows use when the Power Tank is horizontal as well as vertical
Our Blow Gun is available with a bendable tip to get to hard to reach places like radiators or the CVT in your SxS
